Yes, service can continue through winter conditions when yard access is safe. Heavy snow or hidden hazards may affect visibility and timing.
Please leave access instructions in your request. If a gate or latch issue blocks access, we will flag it and coordinate the next step quickly.
No major prep is needed. We just ask that dogs are secured away from the work area and obvious hazards are disclosed up front.
Recurring plans auto-bill on the first business day of each month with Minnesota sales tax itemized separately. One-time cleanups invoice the same day they’re completed, and if weather or access prevents two make-up attempts we automatically credit the missed visit on your account.
Within 24 hours we confirm your details via email/text, lock in the route day, double-check gate instructions, and send billing setup instructions. You can reply to that message or call (612) 234-7213 if anything changes.
Yes. We scope shared courtyards, HOA dog runs, and boutique campuses, then deliver proof-of-service and flexible invoicing for property managers. Use the commercial review request or call us to get started.
Deodorizing and yard treatment add-ons are planned once the core cleanup routes are fully stabilized.
Cancel any time inside the customer portal. It stops future renewals immediately and anything already billed remains applied unless Minnesota consumer law requires a refund.
Use the portal to place your route on hold for up to six months. If dogs stay on the property during a hold that lasts more than four weeks, a First-Clean/reset may be required before recurring visits resume, and holds longer than six months can forfeit the slot.
Need to change frequency, dog count, or add-ons? Submit the update in the portal and we slot the change on the next available routing cycle. Some adjustments take effect with the next billing period so crews and neighbors keep predictable windows.
If weather, access, or a safety issue forces us to skip a visit, we schedule a make-up within seven days, ask you to confirm within 24 hours, and try up to two make-up windows. If capacity prevents a make-up, we automatically credit that visit on your account.
Plans bill monthly in advance. We credit missed service when we can’t deliver a make-up, but otherwise payments already processed stay applied unless Minnesota law says a refund is required.
The standard service double-bags and places waste in your garbage cart, which keeps licensing requirements low and aligns with municipal rules. If you prefer nothing left onsite, add haul-away disposal during the quote flow for +$18 per visit for the first dog (+$3 for a second, +$5 for 3+ dogs)—about $72–$92 extra per month on weekly plans, $36–$46 on bi-weekly—or $35–$40 on one-time/spring resets.
