  • Estimate / waitlist zones: You’ll see a guided range right away, then we follow up within 24 hours to confirm the next opening or waitlist timing.
  • Contact info is required before pricing: That ensures your pricing confirmation, gate alerts, and proof-of-service recaps go straight to you as soon as you finish the form.
  • After you submit: We confirm your route day, gate instructions, billing setup, and any weather or access notes in under 24 hours.

What you’ll need

  • Property type, service cadence, dog count, yard size, and current cleanup level.
  • Full name, email, and mobile number so we can send the quote + follow-up.
  • Preferred start timing (ASAP, two weeks, later this month, or just researching).

This residential quote flow covers every active service area listed above. Businesses or HOAs that need onsite cleanup should start on the Commercial page, and dog-waste operators who want to license the software should use the SotaEstimator™ page instead.

Pricing clarity

  • Weekly plans start at $129/mo, bi-weekly at $109/mo, and one-time cleanups at $109/visit; final pricing is confirmed in the quote flow after yard details are reviewed.
  • Recurring plans bill in advance, Minnesota sales tax is itemized separately, and billing links arrive with your confirmation note.
  • Route days are assigned by geography and crew capacity rather than customer-selected appointment slots.
  • Customers provide safe yard access, share gate or lockbox instructions, and keep dogs secured away from the work area.
  • Default service double-bags and uses your garbage cart; a haul-away disposal add-on (+$18 per visit for the first dog, +$3 per visit for a second, +$5 per visit for 3+ dogs, or $35–$40 on one-time resets) is available when you prefer nothing left onsite.
  • Service continues through winter when yard access is safe; if weather or access impacts a visit we follow up within 24 hours per the service agreement.

What if my address is outside the Available now zones?
You’ll see a guided range immediately. We then confirm the next opening or waitlist timing (usually within 24 hours) and lock in the next step.
Why do you need my phone number?
Gate access, weather delays, and billing links are coordinated over text/call so we can keep route days predictable and secure before the first visit.
